Fruit bowl no 9 is a container in the shape of an elongated oval, like an old-fashioned racetrack or Roman circus. It holds the fruit in a single straight line but when it is full it is almost hidden from view and so become invisible. It is made out of one single piece of slightly curved beech wood.
